Job Description
Pushing the Boundaries of Filtration Engineering
As a filtration professional, do you want to:
- Challenge the status quo
- Become part of the excitement
- Put your career on a faster track?
“People who come to work for this company stay! And performers are promoted,” states the Director of HR.
Fast Forward
As the Business Development Manager, you are armed with a consistently rich new product pipeline for removing contaminants from aqueous solutions. Using your filtration knowledge and technical prowess, you will identify marketplace needs and trends, develop and manage business development strategies and design protocols for documenting solid ROI. But you won’t be doing this alone. Procurement, engineering, research and development and the sales force are at your disposal.
Two opportunities waiting to be tackled in your first year are:
- The exponentially growing ultrapure juice market
- The ever increasing need to remove arsenic from drinking water
And you won’t sit in a boring office all day either. The fastest way to build market share is to be in the field with customers actually doing the stuff that dreams are made of…running real live trials.
Now Back to the Present
With 5-10 years of technical/applications background (and more importantly, passion) in water filtration, separation and water chemistry, this may be just for you. An MBA and/or business development experience can propel you to success even faster.
This is a highly visible position and the client’s senior leadership team is excited about talking with you.

PS: Relocation benefits are solid and the city (Reno, NV) was ranked in the Top 50 of America’s Best Places to Live (2011) by Business Week.
