Job Description

     Our client is up 28% this year and is looking to grow their fastest growing division.

     Do you have experience consistently winning business in the industrial sector?  More specifically have you sold industrial pumps and metering equipment into the oil and gas, wastewater, heavy industrial, agriculture or the chemical processing sectors?  Do you have the known how to tackle the gulf coast region, while being back by one of the strongest names in the engineered pumps and metering business?  If this has piqued your interest, we may have an opportunity that is exactly what you need to accelerate your industrial career to the next level.

      Our client is looking to add a Regional Manager to their growing team in 2012.  With decades of experience in design and application, our client is a premier manufacturer of engineered solutions for liquid control application.  Their products are highly engineered, value added solutions that give their client companies a competitive edge in a brutal global market. 

This role is in our clients liquid controls division which has expanded, almost 15% as a percentage of our clients total annual revenue.  This growth has been in only the last 5 years.  Due to several very solid years of business, they are busy and their need is urgent. 

 

What they are looking for:

  • No hand holding in this role. We need a professional not scared of managing his own business.
  • With your understanding of what it takes to win business in the Gulf Coast, our client will be asking you to assess their current distributor partners. Fire the ones not making the cut. Groom, grow and build on already solid existing relationships in your region. Your success in this role is predicated on leveraging and expanding business through several key distribution channels.
